Refund policy

All products are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange, except in cases where the item is received with damaged or defective packaging. Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery, and customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their order. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
