1. Introduction
By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before making a purchase.
2. Orders and Shipping
Orders are processed immediately after confirmation and are shipped on the following business day. Standard delivery typically takes between 3 and 8 business days, from Sunday to Thursday. Once an order has been shipped, no changes, additions, or modifications can be made.
3. Returns and Exchanges
All products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable after purchase, except in cases where the product is received with damaged or defective packaging.
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order, and you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
